D or EE width? Are there measurements?

Is there any way to measure your foot to see which width is right for you? I have a pair of mission vsi vibes (bleh), and they didnt *really* feel too narrow, but after trying Tours on, I could maybe see them as such.

Is there a way to measure your foot to figure out what width size would be best for you? I really dig the helium 950's but the Tours were just a little more comfortable fitting at the store... could it be the width?
