They have two retail locations, very nice stores. They have grown to be the place to buy gear in the Northern Metro area of Minneapolis. I would think they would be very trustworthy online based on their professionalism in the store. The owners work in both locations, it is a family run business. Good Luck. There's atleast 5 very good hockey shops that are closer to my house then Lettermens, but the last 5 pairs of skates that I have bought have come from them. Great prices and great people. Obviously i have never ordered anything from them online, but i have sent a few emails their way and always got a pretty quick response.Edit- I forgot to mention that they have an awesome "customer rewards" type deal for anyone who buys a pair of skates. Probably more beneficial for us locals, but its still a good deal. For ex. I got a '11 Dolomite DD right when they came out last winter for $135 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
