Recchi and Tavares blades

I'm sure this is a fairly noobish question. Sorry haha.

I had stockpiled a bunch of Recchi CCM Vector U+'s but unfortunatley i am dry on them now. I was told the Tavares blade is the new model of the Recchi is this true?
