Chavira:s skates in 2011 WC

Just went trough the pics from yesterdays game between USA-CAN and found a pic of Itan Chavira wearing a skate i never seen before.

Some yellow things with grafic.

Looks like the Hum'er frame to but i guess that's a conversion that's been made.

Any info?

Yes the pants look really sweet, looks like a really soft and stretchy pant.

Not really that interested in buying pants, we get them from our team for free anyway, but maybe something to look inte next year when we change our gamedress.

The pants to seem to have some sort of clip on the bottoms as well. That will be interesting.

Regarding the pants it would be really nice if they could do something that gives you the opprtunity to "tighten" the ankle part some more than the regular styled pants.

Any other gear sightings in the WC? alot of converted skates in Swedens team, everybody is icehockeyplayers...

I know about his brother,terrible thing cancer, sure hope he gets better!

He's had the skates wrapped for some time. The recent Narch tournament in Escondido, CA he had them done. I believe that was before the diagnosis. I could be wrong though.
