Bauer Breakout shell

Has anyone used the Bauer Breakout pant shells. The descriptions I have found for them say they are inline shells, but they look like they would be fine for rec level ice hockey. If you have used them, how well do they hold up?

Did you see this on ebay? I actually bought one. It's just about the same size as a Supreme shell. The fabric is a little different though. It seems to stick to the velcro on my anchor straps (x60 girdle). I'm gonna try them out during an open hockey session to see if I would wear them in a game or not first.

Also, the belt is about an inch or so lower than a Supreme Shell.

I saw them on ebay and almost bought them, but I found them cheaper elsewhere. Let me know what you think of them. Mine won't arrive for about a week.

The Breakout shell ended up being out of stock, so I picked up the Supreme shell at the local pro shop. I'm still curious about the Breakout shell though for the future. How were they?

Says something on the eBay sale about the Breakout shells being semi see-through. Is that accurate? Would they look strange over red pants?

From what I remember (I don't have the pants in front of me) They have a semi-see through mesh through the middle of the pant. I don't think you would really notice that you have red underneath.

I finally used them yesterday. The only thing I don't like is that the material sticks to the velcro on my anchor straps but I didn't really notice it while I was playing.
