vector armour "II" surlyn coating vs vector armour surlyn?

Hi

There are some special CCM skates made for Source for Sports that use a vector armor "II" surlyn coating. I am wondering what is the difference between the vector armour "II" surlyn coating and the vector armour surlyn used on the CL and u+12. Any source for sports employees know the answer?
