Help, Air bubbles showed up on my skates

Hey guys any idea how they showed up or how to fix it on the side of my skates near the holder air pockets are almost everywhere on one side, just happened in like 2 days because they didn't have them the last time i used them. my guess is the glue has warn out but i do not know

This could be a warranty issue provided you're in the period... Posting a picture would help as well
