Knee Lock Strap Replacement

Hello,

I'm wondering if anybody knows where I can get a replacement strap for the back of my Koho 580's knee lock.

The strap is 2" wide and about 14" long and is made out of minorly elastic webbing with velcro hook sewn to each end.

The problem is that the prior owner had obviously torn one of these straps and had sewn it back together making it 2" shorter than the other and, by consequence, not fit.

If I can't get a replacement strap does anyone know where to get the 2" web? I have the capacity to build a new strap but I don't have easy access to that particular kind of webbing.
