Can someone help me with photoshop or give me lessons on how to collage diffrent picures together because I am trying to to somethings but I am completley lost. Any help with be greatly appreciated.

By the way I have Adobe Photo Deluxe Business Edition 1.0

Select the Windows menu and select Show Layers. Just go and get a bunch of pictures that you want and paste them onto a background of your choice. If you want to move them around just select them from the layers palette.
