sickwilly 37 Report post Posted April 4, 2012 Sorry if this has been covered before (I tried searching).I know it's best to try them on, but I live about 4 hours from the nearest LHS.I'm looking into getting some 11ks. CCM skates in an 8.5E have worked out well for me w/o baking. (1052, Externo e60, and Vector 10.0).If anything, I could use a little more width than there is in the CCMs. Is the fit of an 8.5E Reebok 11k likely to be pretty close to the 8.5E in the CCM models I've mentioned, especially in length? If they're at least as big, they should work. Thanks!
TommyKru06 2 Report post Posted April 4, 2012 When I tried on the CCM and RBK about a month ago i was a 7.5D in both RBK and CCM. However, I did notice that for me personally the CCM were a little wider in the mid foot. It wasnt by much. The best advice that I can give you is to buy the same size from an online retailer that is good with returns and if they do not fit adjust accordingly. It may be the best option if u dont want to do a trip for 4hrs or spend that gas money. But if u need skates now, the trip may save time.
