Please Help With RBK to Graf Skate Question

I have been using RBK skates for a long time. From previous injuries I've had to get the boot punched and heated. Still my right skates bother me. FIrstly after wear and tear, the back heel has a space between, which I've bought gel pads to help fill the gap. Secondly my right skate, inner left inset area still hurts from time to time (I like my skates skin tight). From what I gather, Graf 709 is the widest skate I can get off the shelf. I'm using RBK 7E atm, would Graf 709 7.5W (or G75) be able to fit my wide foot? One of my biggest fears is that the plastic toe box would be too narrow and can't be punched out.
