Stick recommendations

Last night I broke my RS right in the middle of the shaft in a high speed collision near the boards. Not sure what happened.

I really liked the RS, so Im looking for something along the same lines as that, but maybe more durable?

I was recommended to try out the Easton 85s 2.....has anyone here tried this stick? If so how is it compared to the RS, and what about its durability?

Looking for a good bang for the buck stick, that is light and good for puck control and giving/receiving passes.

More durable? It was a high speed collision on the boards like you said. Any stick will snap, it's either you or the stick in situations like those lol

I was referring to overall durability. The RS's are known to snap quite easy.

Thanks, picked up the Easton 65s II for $79 already, 50 grams heavier but couldn't resist the price. Hopefully its a decent twig and not too heavy compares to my old RS.

I'll come out on top here fwiw and agree with the ST/M5 comment, though it will still snap if you have a high speed collision with the boards. So will the 65S, enjoy! Merry Christmas
