European Hockey Summer Camps

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to figure out my summer activities and I found that the best I could do was to register for a Hockey training camp.

Now I'll turn 22 this summer and am nowhere near the level of guys having the nhl/ahl/major junior level experience.

Although I don't have such experience I am very confident in my skating abilities and vision/making good passes. I like to have a good two way game, just like Tomas Plekanec, who's game is pretty much the one I'd wish to have... even though his hands are something else.

I haven't been able to play hockey this year, but I'm planning on entering a Division I (pretty much the only competitive level here) team here in Belgium next season and I still play rollersoccer, keeping my legs fresh.

Now I want to be ready to play at my optimum level next september as I don't want to re-learn how to ice skate and control the puck during tryouts...

So I wondered if you guys knew good but not pro-level European training camps where I could train and work simultaneously so it won't cost me a fortune.. Depending on the program, Coaching classes also interest me.

Any help, suggestions and/or advice will be appreciated.

Thank you
