Adult using intermediate stick

Just curious .. im 5'11" about 145 lbs. Im using a 77 flex cut quite a bit so im debating on buying an intermediate stick to see how it helps the wrist shot. Maybe i use too high of a flex fpr my weight. I just wanted to get some thoughts on this from you guys. Thanks!
