Jofa 5500 Shin Pads

Are these any good? Found some at a used store for $30, no smell or anything. Is that a good price? I know Jofa is generally good but just making sure.

Low end pad, decent for rec level play, nice deal for $30 used. Not particularly better than most entry level things out now though, so you would be buying for price.

Entry level pad, Chinese-made Jofa if that matters. IIRC it retailed for about $50-60ish new about 10 years ago. There is no removable liner and I wasn't too fond of the straps on those. You're better off cutting them off and just using tape.
