Harrow syncro hybrid hockey glove

Recommended Posts

First off I'm not really particular as to what kind of brand of hockey equipment I use. I do believe that certain companies make better products than others for example I've always thought Easton makes the best Shin pads. Anyways I was in the market for some new hockey gloves.....

Harrow said they tried to make the Syncro hybrid hockey glove with the flexibility and comfort of a Lacrosse glove but with enough protection for ice hockey.

I have to say if you live close to a Harrow hockey dealer you NEED to try these gloves on. They fit a little on the snug side but they are by FAR the most comfortable flexible glove I've ever tried in my life. The only thing that I would change about them is the are a little high in the cuff but not enough to deter me from buying them. They are by far the nicest hockey glove I've ever tried... and I've had them all from Bauer to Nike to CCM to Eagle to Easton.

then i suggest u try warriors :). no seriously this sounds interesting, however not sold on the "enough protection" for hockey aspect of it. Also, the cuff looks hideous.

I've tried on all the newest gloves from every brand including Warrior at the various sports stores around my city. None of them even came close to the comfort and flexibility of the Harrow gloves. Trust me these gloves are a step above what other companies are making. The first thought that came to mind was why has it taken so long for someone to make a glove like this.

That's cool. So you even prefer the harrow to the newest Nike glove?? That's crazy!

You know we are talking about Hockey gloves here right? They haven't made Nike branded hockey gear for years!

Ya I do. Do you? I was simply not taking your claim seriously and poking fun at how you had just tried the newest Nike glove.

They were released late 2010.

I realize when the Harrow gloves were released they are a small company and I hadn't seen their gloves until recently. Even though the gloves have been out for almost 3 years, in my mind, to this day there isn't a glove that compares.

I also never said I tried on the newest Nike glove

In my first post I stated "I've had them all from Bauer to Nike to CCM to Eagle to Easton" Meaning I've had just about every brand of hockey glove over my 29 years of playing hockey

In my second post I stated " I've tried on all the newest gloves from every brand including Warrior at the various sports stores around my city"

Sorry I didn't mean to sound like an arse. my apologies. I actually had not heard of these gloves before so its nice to know they've made a hybrid. I had a buddy who played with pure lacrosse gloves and loved it so there's definitely a market for them
