Wouldn't it be nice if each NHL team had a roller team that played in the NHL off season? They could have entirely different players for this league, making them two completely separate entities. I know, the players wouldn't make as much, and who really cares. It would offer a form of hockey all year round at a national level. Heck, it may even help build up roller hockey a bit.

Roller Hockey wasn't really that popular. However I do remember going to Vancouver VooDoo games. They were hella cheap to go to and decent to watch.
