Speedz98 15 Report post Posted February 28, 2014 Incredible routine I've been doing when I want to increase my leg strength and core stability:15 Jump squats super set with 10 Romanian (single leg) dead lifts. (3 sets) 90 second rest 10 Bulgarian Split squats (with weights) super set with 10 alternating lunge jumps. 90 second rest10 single-leg Step-ups onto plyo box (with weights) super set with 20 single-leg lateral bounds. *Rest as neededFor foot speed and explosiveness:10 Single leg jumps onto plyo box. (3 sets)Agility/speed ladder (Various drills, youtube has great exercises for this )SprintsSingle leg lateral box jump. (10 reps, 3 sets)For shooting:30 Second battle rope exercises (3 sets for each routine, 60 second rest between each set, youtube again for awesome battle rope routines)10 Wood chops (with kettle bell, 3 sets)100 Pushups (6 or 8 sets, 45-60 second rest between sets )For balance:1 minute planks (3 sets) 1 minute wall sits (3 sets)30 second side planks (6 sets) All with a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio.
