They have been baked once, and could be baked again. They have been used for less than 3 hours total, only in shinny. I upgraded the steel to Step Steel. The original steel is also included. Both sets of steel are still on their first sharpening. One holder was misaligned, so I had this corrected. The holder was reattached using regular rivets. $200 USD firm, plus actual shipping costs.
