Easton V9 Stick. Anyone use them?

I've got a chance at a really good deal on some Easton V9 (not v9e) which is the top of the line stick that doesn't have the tapered shaft and is a fused one piece. Performance wise I love easton sticks but durability has been horrible it seems. Anyone have experience with the Easton V Series?
