Bunga pads users. Need help/advice on repairing the pads

I use the pads for Haglund's bump prevention and general comfort while skating. So, the gel pads inside the sleeves are separating slightly. The sleeves are still quite usable and tight so I do not want to spend money on getting new ones. Is there any adhesive or glue that can be applied to reattach the gel pads to the sleeve?
