MX3 Bake directions

Hey, anyone out there have the bake time and temperature for the Bauer MX3 skates? A guy I skate with just got a pair gratis from a friend of his but didn't get the bake instructions with them. Also, any special directions (ie stand after x minutes, don't stand etc) I should tell him about?
