where are the hockey shops in vancouver?

Hey guys,

I just recently signed up to this forum, and let me tell you, you guys are very helpful....thanx....

I live in Vancouver Canada, and i usually buy my equipment at Hockey Shop in surrey, or Cyclone Taylor....does anyone know of other hockey stores i should check out locally in town? I'm trying to find a place where they sell that itech ovechkin mirrored visor, if you guys can help me out....thanx.

Scoff's Hockey, Cyclone Taylor Sports at W 49 + Oak, Cyclone Taylor Sports at Richmond Ice Centre, 8 Rinks (However the pro shop sucks), The Sports Exchange, and the Source For Sports in North Vancouver. If you can't find the visor you're looking for, I have a straight cut 1xcel visor (clear) in the Sell forum for $40 if you're interested. Since you're in Vancouver I can make it a couple bucks cheaper if you can meet me somewhere.

Cyclone Taylor (on Oak) and Scoff's are the only places worthwhile to go to. The Sports Exchange is decent if you want to buy previous years models (but they usually don't have the size you need.

Might want to try MVP Sports in New Westminster.

Scoffs' prices are quite high so I wouldn't recommend going there. The Sports Exchange carries a lot of the recent equipment as well as previous years' models. It's a great shop to buy older high-end equipment at a really good price. The 2 shops that you go to already are the best in town so I doubt that any of the other smaller shops will carry that visor. You can probably order it though if you ask.
