Does the ccm tacks "catch" the leg good?

Hey ,

1.I recieved some recommendations to buy a Ccm Tacks for my accessory navicular leg, but i fear that they are too wide and i dont want my leg to be free into the skates, i want it to be stable there. What do u think?

2.The Ccm Ribcor 44k of the EE width could be good for that target?

3.how can i know the width of the skates (by cm) and compare it to my leg?
