CCM VR31 Visor without fast clips

I need a new visor and like the look of this one. It's tough to get the short cut visors that Oakley make in the UK but this new ccm one fits the bill.

I don't want it with the fast clip things on. Would rather have screws. 

Does anybody know if the screw version fits on a Bauer helmet at all?
