Bauer Nexus Shell Sizing Help

Hey guys, 

I'm looking to do a team order for shells and was looking for some advice for sizing. I'm 5'10' 160lbs and wear Eagle size 50 pants. I'm curious as to whether I should go for a Large or Medium size shell. Any help is much appreciated. Anyone own these?

My XL fits over my XL Nexus pants.  I would go size for size in Pants shells with them.
