Ice rink (training center) construction and projection plans

Hi

Has anyone access to ice rink projection plans, to see how rooms are planned and how different technics (ventilation, heating system, electricity) is organised? Of course I'm askin for a document that can be shared. I'd just like to see how things have been done in other countries. Ideally I'd like to get some insight on the costs of building - a simple hockey training hall. Nothing fancy.
