coloring blade holders

has anyone tried this i want to just do something different im sick of white blade holders my friend used some kind of dye on his lacross stick can i do the same for my holders or is there a spray on paint that will work also im going for a royal blue look

Pretty sure you can use the vinyl dye you were talking about, but you have to remove the holders from the boot and remove the steel from the holders, obviously. Spray paint would chip off and look like shit.

If you do it right the Spraypaint wont chip, You should lightly sand it with a high grit sandpaper. Then do a couple even coats of paint and get some type of clear coat on there. Dont do to many coats of the paint otherwise there will just be to much material there and it will crack and flake off.

PuckHog - if your looking for royal blue tuuk custom + holders, I know a store here in Halifax that has them. Only problem is they have a limited amount of sizes as they are old stock. I have a pic of what they would look like.....how do I upload on this?

Lacroose sticks are dyed using Rit Dye availible at any grocery store.
