LetsGoWings13 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2005 My xn10 blade is chipping off the clear stuff on the blade. Is there anything I can do to stop this. The chips seem really deep.
Modo9 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2005 Where is the chip located exactly? There is a very good chance it is not a big deal . . .

Modo9 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2005 hmmmm. . . I had a Vapor XX that had a "dent" like injury to the top of the heel of the blade, and it performed for another month . . . and then the blade went sliding across the ice trying to dump the puck into the zone . . . You said inbetween the top and the bottom, do you mean right smack dab in the middle of the blade? If so, the prognosis may not be good . . .

Modo9 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2005 Holy Shit! I feel like I am on an episode of ER! TSN/ESPN Style! Dude, huuuhh *deep breath* Timmy, it's about time, your old enough, well ... it's time I taught you about one-piece composite sticks. They are hella light, perform hella well, but they hella break easy too. If the blade breaks, with some inegenuity you can turn that into an R2 shaft.
