Miracle on Ice

Anyone see the real footage of the miracle game Sunday night on ESPN. Great game! I was in lake placid that week and saw a Canadian game, unfortunately not the big US one, and the ESPN show reminded me of how poor the ice quality was. Both ends behind the nets were the consistency of blue snow cone slush! How ironic, the best hockey game ever played was on the worst ice ever! The double irony was that it was soooooo cold outside, if they just left the doors to the rink open the ice would have set up hard as a rock.
