Mission Amp 3 skates

Hey guys... tried the search, but came up empty... I'm finally trying out the ice game,after 15 yrs of roller :lol: and

have a chance to get these brand new for $40.00 (02 model)

Any pros or cons ? Has anyone had any experience with these? Would they be good for just starting on ice?

in my opinion almost every skate should be ok to start iceskating !

I've skated before on rentals , forwards,backwards,crossovers are all fine... Stopping's a little sketchy though, :lol: damn roller <_<

I purchased '01 model Amp 3's in early '02 and they've been great. They've been comfortable from day 1 and seeing as how I just started playing in '02, they've been great to learn on..
