Iginla and Hull blades

Recommended Posts

I've seen lots of posts on this board saying that the Mission Hull is a clone of the Easton Iginla, but various online pattern data bases all seem to describe them differently. For example, I've seen the Iginla described as a closed mid curve and the Hull as a slightly open heel curve. My LHS doesn't carry the Hull so I can't compare them myself, but I'd like to order one if it's really a clone of the Iginla. So are they identical, or just very similar?

I have both and can safely say they are ALMOST identical. The curve itself is the same but it looks to me (having them right here) that the iggy is a TINY VERY TINY bit more closed than the Hull, and of course as stated above, the synthesis blade is thicker due to different manufacturers.

they are similar not identical... i actually preferred the iginla to the hull.. the hull is way lighter, smaller loft, IMO. In addition the hull has a weird balance to the blade.

I have both...L-2 and Synthesis sicore

L-2:thicker blade...pretty the same feeling as the sicore(and ofr the half of the price)maybe the hull is a bit more open

xunkn0vvnx:how can you say the hull is lighter??(do the hatcher is heavier??(i dont get it))

but i just bought the L-2 blade for my pro stock L-2 shaft and having a big time getting used to this blade( i have a problem with the balance...and maybe it just the blade who doesnt fitting me)see my thread ''L-2 weight'' it maybe in the page 2..
