Which is harder?

i think it depends on what skates you are wearing. i normally play Ice but i recently moved to roller and holy crap the skates are x20 heavier. but skating continuously, the skates always weigh more than the shoes so skating will be more tiring, but sometimes the skater can just glide whereas the runner must keep moving his legs.
