Sherwood Tapered Blades

What do you guys think of the Sher-wood tapered blades?

We got a few in and they are think, on the heavy side, and have an odd shaped bottom. It looks very much like a large "V" bottom comming to a point instead of being rounded. It seems to me like it would be hard to lift the puck with such a "v" on the bottom of the blade. Then again, i am a goalie so what do i know. Anyone have any experience?
