CCM Pro Tack stiffness factor between red and blue

In regards to the 2004 CCM Pro Tack does any one know if there is a big difference in the stiffness factor between the red and blue.It would be a size 8D.I am 5'10" and weight 190.I can get a good deal on a pair with the red stiffness factor.Thanks in advance
