Heating Up Skates

I have put in some Dr.Scholls footbeds in my skates, if I heat mold the skates with them in will something bad happen?

you're supposed to take the footbed out per most manufacturers suggestion anyway. You pop em back in when the skate is done cooking, and lace em up
