Yeah, I wish they would pay me to sit on the bench in pads for a game. I played in high school, I think I'd be ok to play half a game if need be...maybe :(

With the impact that Gonchar has seemed to have on the Penguins success over the past 2 seasons, it's going to be hard to let him go at the end of the season. He was a huge part of helping the team turn around and win the cup last year, and they have struggled in his absence this season. Hopefully he wants to stay, cause he'll have to take a pay cut.

Yeah, I have a lot of memories in the Mellon Arena, but that makes me hate it that much more. The place is miserable. If you've ever had season tickets there, the inconvenience of parking, concessions, bathrooms, crappy seats, crappy views, and no leg room are hard to handle night in and night out. Can't wait for a better place to watch my favorite team.

After last nights game, Im getting very frustrated with the team. But I dont know how I can blame them when every single game a player is getting injured. I think half of the D is gone as of last night. As for the new arena, being from Pittsburgh I am very happy that its here and we can get rid of the old dump. Yes there have been good times in Mellon Arena, yes we won 3 cups there, but a spectacular new team needs a spectacular new arena.
