Steel - Tydan 280
Hollow - 90/75 FBV
About Me - I started skating at the age of 10, played for three years and stopped at age 13. I then picked it back up again at about age 27. Of course, I can skate, But I've always have troubled trouble with crossovers. I can do them, but no confidently which is why Im hoping I can find a right peofile for then to keep me more stable.
Review - I have found my profile!! Just everything about this profile suites my play style! Sure It won't ever be all 5's, but its so close!! I can really feel my edges on this profile for some reason and hold them for a good bit. Crossovers feel fantastic as well as the starts and stops.

Thank you all for the videos and advice!! I decided to really push my self tonight at the pick up. Boy, what a difference a good knee bend makes. The knee bend really helped me tonight with the crossovers. So smooth and no slipping at all!!
Thank you everybody!!

I even added videos to get some tips, just because I'm always trying to get better. Now, I think I'm focusing WAY to much when I'm just practicing. In a game situation, I have no problem at all because I'm so focused on the play. Any more advice fellas? I also know better knee bend as well.Thank you in advance for the tips and help!!

When I wanted to crossover, it felt like I was about to fall wgen doing so. I tried them for about half an hour and switched back to my stock 10' radius. Was not a fan at all with this one.Mobility - 1Stability - 1Speed - 2Acceleration - 3* After testing more profiles, this could possibly change if I feel I judged it poorly. Felt like I lost a little bit of an inside edge on my left foot but that could have been me or the ice. Played in them for about an hour. While its not bad, felt like one edge kept giving out on me when crossing over.Mobility - 3Stability - 2Speed - 2Acceleration - 3* After testing more profiles, this could possibly change if I feel I judged it poorly. The profiles I will add a review next are

Review - I've never been one to shy away from what works. I started on Step steel and then moved to Tydan. I never had a problem with the radius but always wanted more satbility, but when I heard the Pro Sharp Project was doing this, I had to join it so I find a profile which could help me be a better skater.

Every year, I leave with such a huge smile on my face for the holidays because of Winterfest. It was so great catching up with everybody. The jerseys came out absolutely fantastic. 5th year for me really meant a lot as I was really excited to be down 100lbs after my surgery. My first WF being that light and next year hopefully lighter! I hesrd a few compliments about my play style which I have never heard before, but that weight coning off has made me more confident in my self, along with the compliments! A huge thanks to JR for putting this on every year and putting up with us Holligans every year that come! Also a huge thanks to everybody else that helps behind the scenes. Chris's phamplet was just an amazing touch to the event that really nails home the Family portion of it. Also thanks to Dave for the bag tags as well.
I will say, I think the downtown Detriot trip was just fantastic to walk around and see stuff. Like JR said, we have never done that before and Tina and I loved to see it. The Saginaw game was also very cool and to see the locker room. Next year, we will be in on Wednesday!

That's funny because the Tydan fits nicely. I've always had a problem with the Step and Bauer holder however.

This so much, I had a return envelope with no steel once.

Sweet!! Can't wait!! Love the separation and it looks so damn durable. Plus, so much easier to store in my bag then that damn huge bauer box.

So, here is the mock up I was sent after Skyping with Sher-Wood for the custom gloves I won at WinterFest. Matches my Dekes of Hazzard jersey perfectly.

I finally got a pair of pro stock gloves and I couldn't be happier.
Got all this at the Lightning Sale. All at a hell of a price as well. I was quite happy with the pick ups but I probably wont be using the Warrior no names that much.
Filppula Gloves - From what people are saying 14 with a N Cuff. I love the slash guards though. This pair is so damn comfortable.
Warrior 14" W gloves -Palms are like Brand new.
