Also, I've been on the Eagle website, but a lot of the options (such as the cool vintage cuff) don't appear available on the website. I only really see color customization options.
Thanks!
this price list is a few years old, but gives you a break down of options available that you won't find on their website.
the cuff on the Red/blue/white pair is called H34 cuff with vertical stitching
you can try contacting DK hockey if you are located in the states. prices obviously depend on what options you go with.

this picture show's the cuff a bit better. its a very minimal cuff, but yes it's a custom option that's available.

Nope, you have to order though a retailer now. Can't just do it online.

Ahh, makes sense. Mine were fall 2015. Since I now have my own Bauer ID I wonder if I can still get them made. Nonetheless I switched back to Warrior this summer and couldn't be happier.

Min order is 6 and it's roughly 220CDN per stick

Dam. Looks like you covered all the bases. Surprised numan couldn't help you,
I used numan, but cost me a premium, duty plus exchange rate getting them to Canada. Was brutal.

Thsts unfortunate. It took me a long time to get someone to take my Bauer order. But I had access to everything. i have recently switched to Warrior as I was not a huge fan of Bauer to begin with.
Usually its just finding the right shop, despite being told every shop can order custom sticks. It's very hard to find ones that will

I would have liked to get Bauer customs but the options that are available to non-pros are terrible, so I went with CCM since I'm familiar with their sticks, too (used a SicKick for like 3 years).
Do you mean Mybauer? It is entirely possible to be a non pro and get full customs through Bauer. Just need to find the right shop.

This whole Step edge thing could a moot point if Step would finally release their own holder. Apparently there are pics of Patrick Kane wearing them

I emailed Jim at Tydan and he told me they are coating/retreating Bauer steel. I told him I was in the U.S.A. and he gave me his prices. So Tydan is not manufacturing steel for the Edge holders is the way I understand this.
What is all of the Step talk then?
I've never seen a runner for the Edge holder that wasn't originally manufactured by Bauer.
Step now makes Edge compatible steel, they cannot sell in the USA due to US patents.

Unfortunately one LHS in Vancouver has informed me they won't order it in for fear of upsetting Bauer.
