In a size 6.5 with insoles and steel removed, the 7x4 is 20 grams lighter than the 9x4. I’ve been skating in the 7x4’s, aside from a bit more difficulty getting foot in than I’m used to due to the more custom mold, they are the best skates I’ve ever used and I’ve always used top model Bauer or CCM.

Has anyone done a weight comparison between the ft6 and ft6 pro shin pads?

I’d like to see a comparison of FT6 Pro vs FT6 shins. Also, a weigh scale would be handy for comparison for anyone doing reviews.
