  1. it's been awhile since I've posted but all I can say is "WOW!" I never knew David was such a party animal. I still have his game worn jersey from the night of the now infamous Joe Thornton hit. https://twitter.com/Dutch_Bluesfan/status/1139777370200649728 a clip from the local St Louis news during the parade https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNMceWj9N-c
  2. great game from David last night. Third career hat trick (2nd w/Blues). He's been playing great all season so it was nice to see him finally get some goals. He could've had 4 but passed to Steen at the end for the empty netter..
  3. looks like he'll initially be on a line with Lehtera and Tarasenko. Let's hope that translates into lots of points.
  4. reports out there say he may be coming "home" to St. Louis? Any ideas?
  5. good to see David back in STL last night, he stands out on a team that lacks discipline, teamwork, desire and effort. A great collection of skilled individuals who don't know how to play team hockey. Happy he got a goal, wish he was still a Blue. I wonder what he said to Steen to get him all fired up?
  6. we'll miss you David, good luck in Edmonton. A lot of skill up there. I still need to get him to sign my game used jersey (the concussion jersey) from 2010.
  7. rumors abound on Twitter that St. Louis and Columbus talking about a trade involving Perron Aaron Portzline ‏@Aportzline 11m Do not know what #CBJ would be parting w to acquire Perron, but #STLBlues do not own a first-round draft pick. #CBJ has three. Details Aaron Portzline ‏@Aportzline 17m Should have included @DP_57 in that previous tweet. Details Aaron Portzline ‏@Aportzline 18m Told #CBJ have had talks with #STLBlues about a trade that would involve David Perron. #CBJ GM Jarmo Kekalainen will not comment.
  8. updating this thread, David and the team have been struggling recently to put the puck in the net. he was stopped by Khabibulin on a breakaway last night. Many openly wondering if a roster shake up is coming. He's been playing with Sobotka and Tarasenko (another incredible young talent). Time for David and other young vets to step it up.
  9. and we're back to hockey - 5,500 fans at the open practice today at Scottrade Center
  10. quite a transformation for David to go from: Kovy_Ribs_Fedo Posted 13 December 2006 - 10:50 AM The title says it all... MSH member AK_27 is featured on NHL.com. It's with a lot of pride I red this article this morning. David is the living proof that no matter where you play, if you keep your love for the game and keep condfidence in yourself, everything is possible, everything. to this - troy Posted 22 June 2007 - 07:10 PM Well I guess this will have to get moved to NHL Discussions soon. Congrats David, it's quite an accomplishment. to this Law Goalie Posted Yesterday, 06:18 PM Blue re-sign David Goliathus after his impressive comeback season: $15.25 millon over 4 years. Hear that?-- that's the sound of money well-earned. Congrats to you from all your fans in St. Louis. Your's is a story that hard work and dedication do pay off in the end. Here's to hoping you are a Blue for life and follow up a great cup filled career with #57 hanging in the rafters and a statue outside Scottrade Center. I still need to get you to sign the 2010 game used jersey
  11. great game, great series for David, interestingly his line (with Backes and Oshie) was consistently matched up against the Sharks top line for defensive purposes. It was great to see David take on a more defensive role. He's got the magic hands and great vision and that game winning deflection showed that. Can't wait for Round 2
  12. terrible penalty by David in the offensive zone leads to Sharks 1st PP goal. Hopefully just a lesson learned and he puts it behind him. Long series coming
  13. nice story in today's local paper http://www.stltoday.com/sports/hockey/professional/perron-has-quietly-come-back-strong/article_0e102472-faef-588f-8d4e-e6cc9a65811e.html
  14. David with another beauty tonight - short side - and with our own JR in attendance
  15. David will be using a new Reebok 20K stick tonight from his Twitter https://twitter.com/#!/DP_57/status/175010632377176066/photo/1
