haven't posted much as there's not much to say. So unless Pascal can add anything, David went to see some big concussion specialist in Vancouver (the Doc also worked on Andy McDonald and other NHL players). Can't wait to have David back in the Note along with the Russian Tank - Vlad Tarasenko. Could be an exciting 11-12 season. On a happier note, I did win an auction through the Blues for a #57 game used home jersey.

DP-57 and AK-27 together? http://www.ottawasun.com/sports/hockey/2010/12/11/16516431.html personally, I think he's full of bunk and until the Blues get a new owner, they're not adding any salary but want do all of you here think about the idea of Perron and Kovalev on the same team, same line?
-
David still out with a concussion. No timetable for his return. He has not skated nor has he passed any "base line" tests to approve his return. He was Twittering but has not posted since 11/28 - get well David, the Blues miss you dearly
-
David still out with a concussion - has not skated with the team since the KO - per today's St Louis Post-Dispatch update he didn't want to be quoted but indicated that he still doesn't feel well.
-
David did not skate today with the team and will miss his 4th game in a row. Also, per the local Blues beat writer Jeremy Rutherford, it's likely that David will not travel with the team on their upcoming road trip. Get well soon David, the boys miss you out there and the fans miss watching you play.
-
David will miss his 3rd consecutive game tonight (11/10) at Columbus. Still experiencing "concussion-like" symptoms. Hope he's ok to go soon
-
David did not play last night after experiencing headaches following the morning skate. Hopefully he doesn't have a full blown concussion. I hope Holik and the clods over at the NHL Network apologize on air for saying the David "embellished" the hit. Edit - David out tonight - headaches occur when he gets his heart rate up wonder if Larry Murphy, Bobby Holik and the folks on "NHL ON THE FLY think he's still faking

and coming up on the 2nd intermission, we'll visit with David Perron on Fox Sports Midwest. nice goal, close in deke, caught Turco leaning off the post.
-

it was Backes who fought Toews and Nash before the Olympics, I remember it because Toews puked 3 times in the penalty box while serving his major
-
David just dropped the gloves with Bobby Ryan
-
David did not figure in the scoring, but nearly had the game winner with about 40 seconds to play on a nifty move down low but could beat Boucher with the backhander. He also had to 2nd most ice time on the team at 21:14 - only Eric Johnson had more ice time 22:32
-
based on the pre season and the newspaper coverage, David will be on the #1 line with David Backes at center and Brad Boyes on the other wing. I think this year we see David break out with 30 goals
-
David with another goal Sat night, giving him 5 for the preseason (he did not play in tonight's finale in Chicago) ready for the regular season to start in Sat vs. Philly anyone coming down to St. Louis for a game this season? - give me a shout and we'll have a beer
-

David goes from Walt's doghouse to his penthouse. I think David is now Tkachuk's kids favorite player http://tweetphoto.com/18005117

2 nice helpers from David tonight, including the gwg in OT, season hanging by a thread, need to win out and have Colorado only get 1 point max. A great pic from the Blues dressing room, the smaller guy is apparently the Capitals equipment asst. http://tweetphoto.com/17296673

awesome game from David tonight, great wrister for a goal over the glove hand of Steve Mason and great job in front of the net on 2 others. David, shoot more, you've got a wicked wrist shot, let it rip more often
-
David had a good game last night vs. Isles, didn't get to undress Mark Streit again, but had a few great chances, was in the Isles faces all night, might have tipped the shot on the goal credited to Berglund (who's play has jumped exponentially since Payne took over as coach). Got to keep winning to make the playoffs

David is the definitive "Rink Rat" From today's St. Louis Post-Dispatch Several Blues players said that they'll likely stay off the ice for five or six days. But not all of them. "Uh, probably not," said right winger David Perron, a known rink rat who probably can be seen on skates somewhere near his hometown of Sherbrooke, Quebec. "It's going to be kind of weird, but I think it's going to be fun to get some energy back and be ready for the last stretch of the season." Enjoy the break

that's exactly who I was thinking of, the guy who played "Danger" in Million Dollar Baby or what about the guy who played McLovin in Superbad - Christopher Mintz-Plasse http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2395586/
