I know I'm responding to an old post, but screw it, I just joined the forum. Thx joysticks... I've never worked at a lhs, but many years in specialty retail. Trust me when I tell you that people that shop online do much of their fact-finding (and time-wasting) locally. If the online shopping ecosystem were self-contained, no retailer here would say a word.
