PLEASE Computer help...

Ok so today I run norton and it says i have 217 viruses.

Well i try to delete them and some go but quite a bit wont.

It says that the files are in C:\_RESTORE\TEMP

They are like A0067406 and names like that.

I tried to select all but whichever one you are currently on when you click delete it says that its in use...

If ANYONE can help me get rid of these I would be ever so happy!!! :D

One reason I finally opted for the Mac. But, for the viruses Norton said I had to manually delete, I went to Start and Search, typed in part of the file name and manually removed the files from there.

You'll probably have to disable System Resotre...reboot to Safe Mode...erase the files...then reboot to normal mode and re-start System Restore.

I still cant change my background though... Its like a light blue screen with tiny words that i cant even make out.

Any other help is GREATLY appreciated!
