Removing Vapor XX decals

Has anybody done this before?

Forgive me but i tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything.

I just wanted to get the words off and leave the silver XX's.

Anybody know how i could do this?

I did it to my XV. Just try and peel from one of the ends like a sticker.

Mine was easy cause the grip had already peeled off you might have to pierce the grip.

i did the same, but i took the XX off and the vapor is still there. i didnt do it on purpose, the XX was split and i picked at it, i have yet to be able to pick the vapor off tho....

Even if you want to keep the silver XX stickers, you won't. They start peeling right away. The blue Vapor stickers seem to be different and don't peel as easy. I don't think they'll come off cleanly.
