Weights for hockey

hey guys what kind of lifting would you want to do for hockey??

I have been doing chest one day and each muscle group one day a week sometimes 2 depeding on how i feel and what not. Is this a good method or should i change it?

It sounds like you haven't been introduced to "plyometrics" yet. When done correctly, those are the best things you can do to prepare your body for hockey. If you do a web search for plyometrics you'll find lots of information.

A guy by the name of Peter Twist is well known in this area as he's worked with many NHL (and NBA) players.

He has lots of videos:

(He actually has an updated version of the book so don't let the old uniform on the cover fool you.)
