i had my final exam on this but it is in french...i make it humoristic...i talk about people in my class..and star wars but for a real sonnets well i did it about nature(seem gay but oh well lol!!)

Last week in my Englsih 11 class my teacher told us to write a sonnet, i chose a 'Skaesperian' Sonnet because of the rhyme scheme and i came up with this:

The Life Of A Hockey Player

We all walk with our heads high and chins up,

We are known as good kids with high goals,

We chew tobacco and spit in a cup ,

We love to get loaded and puke in bowls,

People think that we are all conceited,

People watch us with twinkles in their eyes,

If you don’t play puck you’re being cheated,

When we say “hi†it should be a surprise,

We see the way everyone stares at us,

We all know how much we are admired,

Were too well-mannered to swear or to cuss,

But in this world we are required,

We play hockey and are not a poets,

Were better than you and we all know it.

Haha, i know some people arent gonna like it, but i know that the 'real' hockey players with fall in love with it. ( Copyright, haha )
