I have used keyboards and mouse that I would like to sell. Does anyone know where in Edmonton I can sell used computer parts to for money or maybe store credit? or any second hand stores.

eBay. There is not a big market for used keyboards and mice (especially non optical). If you have any old computers I will be willing to take them off your hands if the price is right.
