Tracing your foot for advice

A little while back there was a discussion about skate fitting and someone posted a link to a store that, if you traced your foot and sent it to them, would give you advice on what skate/size you should look at.

Does anyone have that link?

My skates fit fine, but my "little" brother (6'5", 265lbs) has size 14 feet. It'd be one thing if the LHS had a bunch of them in stock, but I'm thinking that we would need to really narrow the search down and call several LHS's ahead of time before driving all over the countryside.
