Anyone else have one of these? I just got mine that I ordered from ePuck with my new shoulder pads. How do you use it? I got it started and can keep it going doing the circular motions but there are other exercises you can do with it. Anyone want to help me with it?

have you gotten it to go so fast its hard to keep it in your hand? When you do it makes a lot of noise

BTW other excersizes are on the back of the packing

Yea I dropped it once already. I don't see any other exercises on the back though.
